Jody the MOD was wonderful! Our room was perfect and clean! Thank you, Sue! 😊 The whole facility was clean and smelled good. The breakfast bar was set up nicely and staff over seeing it was kind and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay.

It was close to I-75, the customer service was tops, clean, rooms were big, comfortable, and the Gentleman at the front desk was the bomb. He was a pleasure to speak with and he was very accommodating. We missed breakfast so he gave us to go bags, even though it was past time for breakfast I will definitely tell people from Michigan to stop at Comfort Suites in Findlay, OHio. Findlay is a beautiful town, lots of shopping, restaurants, and very relaxing. It’s 5 hour drive so great for a mini getaway

I loved that the rooms were adjoined like I requested. I was traveling with grandchildren and needed them to be that way. I was very pleased with everything and the breakfast was a plus. Check in was smooth also.

We have stayed in a lot of comfort suites and this is by far the best. Brenda at the front desk was personable, helpful, and kind. She really made us feel welcome and was able to answer all of our questions. Jody was fantastic at the breakfast. She kept everything stocked and was kind and helpful to our boys. A lot of places stop re-stocking their food the last our but she was really on top of it. They offered something for everyone both hot and cold choices plus to go bags for travelers that don't have time to eat. That is a super great idea. The staff at this facility really understand and provide what guests want and need. The rooms are clean, the beds are really comfortable, the furniture is really nice and comfortable and the bathrooms are huge. Normally you can barely turn around in hotel bathrooms but this one was spacious and functional. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly, even though when my girls and I checked in they were having their Christmas party. They were still nice n considerate. The pool was nice n clean n plenty of clean warm towels, lolol.. And our housekeeper Debi, she was exceptionally phenomenal. She gave us extra trash bags, tidied up our room n made our beds. She even gave us all fresh new towels, she was awesome and very nice to my daughters. They liked her alot. Way to go Debi. We left her a Christmas basket, hope she liked it.

Manager Jodi was great! We came for the eclipse and the hotel gave each person a goodie bag. It was nice. Breakfast was good, love a hotel waffle! 🙂

Room was clean other than one little hiccup Hotel staff was welcoming upon arrival Breakfast was good for the size it was Shower was nice and hot and had good water pressure

Like it around car lots so the noise level is super low it close to freeway but not close enough to hear. They let me do extra things to comfort my wife for anniversary so that made up for alot.

Lobby and breakfast area were spotlessly clean and very festive. We always book a 2 x Queen plus sofa bed room. Brand new pillow-top sofa beds here and they are the comfiest we've had on I-75... and we've tried a lot! Breakfast was good enough, plus the breakfast room attendant insisted we took a snack bag each for our long wintry trip ahead.
